HI-Deluxe Solar System Kits are complete solar swimming pool heating systems. They include 4 x 12-foot solar collectors, mounting and connection parts check valve and control. They are available with either manual or automatic controls. Manual control systems have a three-port control valve. Automatic systems have a fully automatic electronic control, complete with control panel, sensors and motor driven valve.

At any time that you may decide you want a still longer season or a warmer pool you can easily add solar collectors.

We make HI-Deluxe Solar Collector Panels in three sizes. They are 4' x 8', 4' x 10' and 4' x 12'. You choose the size that best fits your roof or ground space. You will save money by using the largest panel that will fit. We supply the mounting and connecting components in convenient kits.

Our proven tube-on-fin design sends 70 to 94 percent of the available solar energy to the pool water under normal operating conditions.

Our headers are molded to the extruded absorber surface in a 450-ton injection-molding machine, forming a permanent, leak-proof bond. Our unique tube-on-fin absorber freely expands and contracts with temperature changes, relieving the stresses that cause other solar collectors to deteriorate with age.

Hi-Deluxe is made from a special grade of polypropylene that has demonstrated consistently high reliability in solar pool heating collectors for over 23 years, in all climates.

Better flow:Generous two-inch inside diameter headers and straight-through water flow in the absorber tubes, improves water flow. Better flow raises solar collector performance and assures maximum pool filtration.

Better appearance:

Our injection molding process smoothly joins the header and absorber, assuring consistently superior workmanship. Installed solar collectors are close-coupled, minimizing space between absorbers. The narrower gap improves the appearance of the array and fits more solar collector area into less space.

Quality controls:

Each Hi-Deluxe solar collector is inspected at every production step. The completed solar collector is subjected to a pressure test of 100 pounds per square inch and undergoes a thorough final inspection before it is shipped.
